jeetw Terms & Conditions

1.1 Introduction & Scope

These terms and conditions form a legal agreement between jeetw ("Platform", "we", "us") and its users ("you", "player", "member"). These terms apply to the jeetw website, mobile services and all gaming, betting and financial services provided through the platform.

1.2 Right to Amend Terms

jeetw reserves the right to amend or update these terms at any time. Changes take effect as soon as they are published on the website. Continued use of the platform after an update will be considered acceptance of the new terms. Members are advised to check this page regularly.

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years old to open an account and use the gaming services on jeetw. This platform is not open to anyone between the ages of 18 and 20. We may request proof of identity to verify age at any time. Providing a false age will result in immediate account closure and all deposited funds may be forfeited.

2.2 One Account Per Person

Each member may open only one account. Creating more than one account under the same person, household, device, IP address or payment method is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected, all associated accounts will be suspended and bonuses and winnings may be forfeited.

2.3 Accuracy of Account Information

You must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information at the time of registration. jeetw reserves the right to close an account if false or misleading information is provided. If your information changes, you must notify the support team immediately.

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

jeetw currently processes transactions through Bangladeshi mobile financial services. Accepted payment methods:

• bKash — Bangladesh's most widely used mobile banking service
• Nagad — Digital financial service of the postal department
• Rocket — Dutch-Bangla Bank's mobile wallet service
• Upay — UCB Bank's mobile financial service

Funds sent through any method other than the four listed above will not be accepted.

3.2 Minimum Deposit & Withdrawal Amounts

The minimum deposit amount for all payment methods is ৳500 (five hundred taka). The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800 (eight hundred taka). Deposit or withdrawal requests below these amounts cannot be processed.

3.3 Withdrawal Processing Time

jeetw generally sends funds within 15 minutes to 2 hours after a withdrawal request is approved. However, if a security check or identity verification is required, this time may be longer. Withdrawal amounts will only be sent to the payment number registered on the account.

3.4 Transaction Responsibility

jeetw will not be held responsible for funds lost due to an incorrect number or details provided during a deposit or withdrawal. Members must ensure that all transaction details are correct. In the case of suspicious or fraudulent transactions, an account may be temporarily suspended for investigation.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,000 bonus → Total balance ৳2,000
• Deposit ৳22,000 → ৳10,000 bonus → Total balance ৳32,000 (bonus cap applies)

The welcome bonus applies only once per member.

4.2 Bonus Wagering Requirements

A 20x wagering requirement must be completed before any bonus can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the original deposited amount. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 20 = ৳20,000 must be wagered before withdrawal. The bonus balance cannot be withdrawn before this requirement is met.

4.3 General Bonus Usage Rules

• Bonuses may only be used for playing on the platform.
• Bonuses claimed for fraudulent purposes will be cancelled.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be claimed from the same household or device.
• jeetw reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any bonus offer.
• VIP cashback and other promotions will have their own separate terms.

5.1 Platform Integrity

jeetw operates as a secure and reliable platform. Our games follow SSL encryption and fair play principles. Game outcomes are determined through automated systems and run without any human intervention.

5.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Playing through software bots or automated tools.
• Exploiting system errors or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes.
• Unauthorized access to another member's account.
• Money laundering or illegal financial activity.
• Using multiple accounts to circumvent bonus requirements.

If any such activity is detected, the account will be immediately closed and the relevant authorities may be notified.

5.3 Technical Issues

If a game session is interrupted due to a server outage, network issue or software error, jeetw will investigate and attempt to provide a fair resolution. However, jeetw bears limited liability for losses caused by technical issues — please contact the support team for details.

6.1 VIP Tiers & Benefits

jeetw's VIP program has three tiers. The weekly cashback for each tier is as follows:

• Bronze: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Silver: Up to 0.7% weekly cashback
• Gold: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback

You can move up to a higher tier through regular and active play. Full details of VIP benefits will be published separately.

6.2 Cashback Payment Terms

Cashback is calculated on a weekly basis and credited to the account at a set time. The account must be active and verified to receive cashback. If an account is suspended during a given week, cashback for that week will not be paid.

7.1 Commitment to Responsible Gaming

7.2 Self-Exclusion & Setting Limits

Members can set their own limits on deposits, betting or account use. To take a voluntary break or request permanent self-exclusion, please contact the support team. Once a self-exclusion request takes effect, any attempt by the member to open a new account will be blocked.

8.1 Account Closure by jeetw

jeetw may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of terms and conditions
• Suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering
• Operating multiple accounts
• Providing false identity information
• Direction from law enforcement authorities

8.2 Account Closure by a Member

Any member may contact the support team to request permanent closure of their account. Any legitimately withdrawable funds will be returned subject to all wagering requirements being met before the account is closed.

9.1 Use of Personal Information

The personal information you provide will be used solely for account management, identity verification, financial transactions and customer service purposes. 9.2 Sharing Information with Third Parties

12.1 Severability of Terms

If any part of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that part will be removed and the remaining terms will continue in full force and effect. Failure to enforce any term will not be considered a waiver of that term.

These terms and conditions, the privacy policy and the responsible gaming policy together form the entire agreement between jeetw and its members. No verbal or written promise outside this document is valid — unless it has been incorporated into these terms.
